About Our Food & Drink Division
Our food and drink division serves as a platform to support independence and micro-entrepreneurship.
By stepping into the kitchen and floor of a small-scale establishment that can basically be managed by a single person, individuals gain hands-on experience in every aspect of running a business—including sourcing, daily operations, hospitality, and accounting. Our ultimate goal is to empower them to successfully launch their own independent ventures in the future.

BAR Gunkanjima
A unique bar floating along Waseda-dori street. We feature a rotating lineup of guest bartenders (on a day-of-the-week schedule). We serve a wide range of beverages, from classic choices like Doppo Beer to signature cocktails and select Scotch whiskies.
Edo Tokyo Beer

Edo Tokyo Beer is a nano-brewery born in Senda, Tokyo in 2018! Our brand has proudly won multiple awards at the Japan Great Beer Awards and the International Beer Cup. We constantly feature 20 taps serving our house-brewed original craft beers along with select domestic and international brews. To accompany your beer, we offer an array of perfectly paired dishes, including our famous Otaru-style deep-fried half chicken.
